OPTW Inc. is a Medicare participating Provider. For patients who have private insurance, we accept most PPO Health Plans. Most PPO health plans usually have in-network and out-of-network benefits. Regarding other insurance companies Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Wellness Inc. is an out-of-network provider.  We will happily work with your insurance company, verify your benefits, and discuss your co-pay with you.
